Dr. Shiro Chiro is the visionary Founder of Afya Integrated Wellness and Holistic Clinica.

Dr. Chiro is a licensed Chiropractor and attained a Physiotherapy Certificate with the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. 

She is also a licensed Public Health Nurse with the California Board of Registered Nursing.

She is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and has over 30 years of Integrated Healthcare experience.

Following an internship with the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, she developed a passion for caring and rehabilitation planning for active and retired Veterans.

Dr. Chiro stays up-to-date with the latest techniques and therapeutic modalities but overall believes in complete healing with a personal touch.

She has served on several global Medi/Chiro outreach projects: in Bolivia, El Salvador, Nicaragua and most recently, in Kenya.

Continuing her mission in her practice locally, she reserves Saturday's as "Walk-In Free" Clinic Hours to serve the community at large. 

Sharing her love for knowledge, passion for empowerment, all while utilizing her gifted hands; she is dedicated to Afya Integrated Wellness' mission of global outreach.
